Cancellations

DMVRAWFEEDERS reserves the right to charge a $5.00 fee to cancel an order. The $5.00 fee is associated with the restocking of goods. DMVRAWFEEDERS will not charge the cancellation fees for canceled orders due to our truck not arriving at pickup locations or our truck not having your order at the time of delivery.

Returns/Refunds

Our products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their perishable nature. All sales are final.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges of products. All sales are final.

Damaged Or Missing Items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the product. The receipt of the product is based on the date delivered to you.  If you do not notify us within 24 hours of the delivered date, all damaged goods are solely the customer’s responsibility.
