Refund Policy for DMV Raw Feeders

Thank you for shopping with DMV Raw Feeders. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

1. Returns and Refunds

Our policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain products are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., frozen raw food) due to safety and health regulations.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Perishable goods (e.g., raw pet food, supplements) for health and safety reasons
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products (if applicable)
- Sale or clearance items (if applicable)

3. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
- Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your credit card company as there may be a delay in processing.
